Make Yourself at Home
» Full use of the Inn and onsite accommodation for up to 12 guests from the day and night before your wedding through to the night of your wedding.
» Exclusive use of the grounds and The Barn (excluding The Stables) from 9:00am on the day prior to your wedding until 11:00am checkout the day after.
» Access to the property for your wedding photography across all outdoor areas of the property.
» In the cooler months, enjoy our open fireplace in The Barn, creating the perfect atmosphere for a cosy winter celebration.
Your Ceremony
» Wedding ceremony setup at your preferred location on the property, including guest seating, a selection of aisle décor, arbour options, a signing table and chairs.
Food and Drinks
» A three-course menu beginning with canapés in the garden, followed by shared entrée and main courses served to your tables.
» Your wedding cake professionally cut by our chef and served on platters for your guests.
» Full wait and bar service with a six-hour food and beverage package, including 1.5 hours of beer and sparkling wine served with canapés, followed by a 4.5-hour beer and wine package during your reception.
» Our standard drinks package is included, with premium beverage upgrades available.
» Looking for something a little different? Add one of our signature cocktail kegs to your celebration, with a range of delicious options available.

» Personal guidance from Caitlin throughout your wedding planning journey.
» Planning support with Caitlin and Steve via email, phone or Zoom in the lead-up to your wedding to finalise your timeline, floor plan, ceremony location, styling, centrepieces, and menu selections.
» Access to our carefully curated list of trusted vendors, including photographers, videographers, celebrants, florists, live musicians, hair and makeup artists, transport, and nearby accommodation.
» Our team takes care of all venue setup and pack down. Centrepiece styling is completed by your family or friends, creating a lovely opportunity for them to be involved. At the end of the evening, we’ll carefully gather your décor, ready for collection the following morning.
» Our experienced team will be there on the day to coordinate every detail and ensure everything runs seamlessly, so you can simply relax and enjoy every moment.

Package Details:
» $11,100 for up to 20 guests. Additional guests are $150 per person, up to a maximum of 40 guests.
» Available for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday weddings, with reception celebrations until 9:00pm.
» Minimum 20 guests | Maximum 40 guests.
» Children 3 years and under – Complimentary.
» Children 4–12 years – $20.
» Teenagers 13–17 years – $50.
» Vendor meals – $30.
» A $2,500 non-refundable deposit will secure your wedding date.

Choose from a range of beautiful ceremony locations across the Collits Inn property, from panoramic views over the Hartley Valley and the natural aisle of our tree grove to picturesque garden settings. As an exclusive-use Blue Mountains wedding venue, you’ll also enjoy private access to the entire property for your wedding photography, with stunning backdrops around every corner.
Included are 10 handcrafted wooden pews for your guests, a timber arbour ready to be styled by you or your florist, and a thoughtfully curated collection of ceremony décor. Vintage aisle rugs, shepherd’s hooks, candle holders and a cast iron signing table with chairs are all included to help create a timeless and beautifully personal ceremony.

Celebrate your wedding reception in Pierce’s Barn, the original barn of our heritage-listed Blue Mountains wedding venue, where history, country charm and breathtaking mountain views come together.
Lovingly restored while preserving its rich heritage, Pierce’s Barn features original timber beams, handcrafted tables made from 203-year-old pine trees that once stood proudly in front of the Inn, an open fireplace for cosy winter celebrations, and fairy lights that create a warm, inviting atmosphere year-round.
With exclusive use of the barn and surrounding gardens, you’ll have the freedom to celebrate your way—whether that’s long shared feasts, heartfelt speeches, or dancing the night away surrounded by the people you love.
One of the greatest advantages of a micro wedding is the extra space to truly make the barn your own. Create a relaxed lounge area by the open fire, enjoy generous room for live music and dancing, or simply let your guests spread out and soak up the atmosphere. Led by Executive Chef Chris Warren, who has catered for more than 300 weddings, our experienced team creates generous, seasonal menus designed to bring people together. In keeping with the traditions of our heritage-listed Blue Mountains wedding venue, your wedding meal is served as beautifully presented shared feasts, encouraging guests to connect, celebrate and enjoy the experience around the table.
