The wedding package

What is included in the wedding package?

 

Food: Canapés & three course menu. Entrée’s and mains are served as share platters to your table, with the desserts being presented as a dessert buffet.

Drinks: 6 hour total package. 1 hour of beer & sparkling served with canapés in the garden after your ceremony, followed by 5 hours in The Barn (Reception).

Your ceremony on site, which we will set up for you, includes wooden bench seating for approx. 50 guests and other wooden chairs if needed, as well as a signing table & chairs. 

On site accommodation the night before and the night of the wedding, including a cooked breakfast on both mornings of your stay (continental also available).

A large array of decorations for your ceremony, table centrepieces and around the grounds, along with lace table runners + lace for the bridal table with a drop over the front. See below for a PDF download of our decorations for use at no extra charge or our many decor for hire.

We will arrange a food
and wine tasting with you 3 months prior to your Wedding Day. You will taste & discuss your menu options with Chris, as well as go over all final details such as: table layout, day schedule, ceremony location, decorations & centrepiece ideas.

Our wedding package is based on a reception of 80 guests and will cost $22,000. Additional guests will be charged at $140 per head. Weddings of less than 80 guests will have $100 deducted per guest below 80.

Minimum – 40 Guests I Maximum – 150 Guests

Children 3 and under – No charge
Children 4 to 12 years – $20
Teenagers 13 to 17 years – $50
Vendor meals – $30

Your package will include all of the following;

Inclusions

➢ Full use of all accommodation rooms the night prior and night of your wedding with a cooked breakfast the morning of and the morning after.

➢ Exclusive use of the entire grounds from 11am the day prior until 11am the day following your wedding. Early arrival and late checkout can be arranged.

➢ Wedding ceremony setup at your preferred location on the property including chairs for guests, a range of aisle decorations and signing table and chairs.

➢ Unlimited access to the property for photographs.

➢ A large array of decorative pieces for your centrepieces, ceremony and around the gardens, along with lawn games to be enjoyed during your canapés.

➢ Full wait and bar service as a 6 hour package consisting of 1 hour beer and bubbles with canapés followed by 5 hours beer and wine package with reception. (standard drinks package included with premium upgrades available at additional cost)

➢ 3 course dinner

➢ All plates, glassware, crockery, serviettes (linen options for hire), tables and chairs.

➢ Our guidance and expertise with planning your wedding right from the beginning, along with our experienced team there on your day to coordinate and ensure everything runs seamlessly.  

What is the booking process & payment details?

 

A $4000 deposit will secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable.

The final balance is due 4 weeks prior.

Credit card details are required with any booking as a security against damages to the venue, along with any unpaid amounts for bar tabs, additional meals, or accomodation outside the package inclusions.

All bar tabs and outstanding amounts must be paid prior to departure. Any unpaid amounts will be debited from the provided account on the first business day following the event.
